The consulting toolkit, in whichever app the client uses

Deckcell gives consultants the charts, layout tools and frameworks a client deck needs: Mekkos and bridges, master-shape alignment, agenda dividers, 2×2s and issue trees, and a final brand and proofreading check. It works in PowerPoint on Windows, Mac and the web, and in Google Slides, so it goes wherever the client’s files live.

Where the hours go, and what Deckcell does about it

Market maps and bridges

Mekko, waterfall and stacked charts with CAGR arrows, difference arrows and “Other” grouping, straight from the model’s numbers.

Pixel-perfect pages

Align, dock and stretch to a master shape; slice and multiply grids with exact gaps; Magic Resizer for the last-minute layout change.

The storyline

Agenda dividers that highlight the current section and move slides when the storyline changes.

Frameworks

Issue trees, 2×2 matrices, strategy houses and process chevrons from 200 templates, in the client’s colours.

The client’s template

A style file per client sets colours and fonts for every chart and template.

The final check

17 checks catch off-palette colours, stray fonts, double spaces and footnotes without a source, and remove speaker notes before the deck goes out.

When the client is on Google Workspace

More clients now share decks in Google Slides. Desktop chart add-ins don’t run there, and charts made with them turn into pictures when a file is uploaded. Deckcell runs in Google Slides itself, so you can build and edit charts in the client’s own file. More on charts in Google Slides.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my client’s PowerPoint template?

Yes. Deckcell inserts charts and templates into whatever deck is open, using its theme colours, or a style file you set up for that client.

Does it replace think-cell?

For most charts, yes, and it adds layout tools, templates and checks. think-cell is still ahead on editing charts directly on the slide. Read the comparison.

Can I share templates and formats with my team?

Yes. The team library shares charts, texts and formats with anyone who has your team code.
